• In-depth understanding of Networking (LAN, WAN, IP, DNS, Routers, Switches)
• Experience in System Administration & Server Management
• Knowledge of Database Management (MySQL, SQL)
• Understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with Cybersecurity practices & system security
• Knowledge of Software Installation, Troubleshooting & Technical Support
• Basic understanding of Programming (C, C++, Java, Python)
• Knowledge of Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and API integrations
• Understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms and SDLC

Practical / Office IT Skills:

• Laptop/Desktop troubleshooting
• Printer, WiFi, and Internet issue handling
• Email setup and technical support
• Software installation and user support
• CRM / ERP system handling
• Basic server and network issue resolution
• CCTV / biometric / device support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSE, AWS, etc.) are a plus
