Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Reporting To: Manager / Director

The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the company's products and services, generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets through field visits, customer meetings, and marketing activities.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.

Promote company services through email marketing, social media, and direct customer visits.

Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events when required.

Collect customer feedback and report market trends to management.

Develop and maintain marketing materials, brochures, and presentations.

Identify and develop new customers through field visits, telemarketing, referrals, and online inquiries.

Promote company products and services to existing and potential customers.

Generate sales leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service agreements.

Follow up with customers regarding quotations, inquiries, and purchase orders.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
