3D Visualizer

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our team from All Across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for architectural, interior design, real estate, and product visualization projects. The candidate should possess strong visualization skills and expertise in industry-leading 3D design and rendering software.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models based on architectural drawings, sketches, CAD files, and design concepts.
• Create photorealistic interior and exterior renderings for residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail projects.
• Produce high-quality walkthrough animations and presentation visuals.
• Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, and environmental elements to enhance visual output.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, project managers, and clients to understand project requirements.
• Create concept visualizations and design presentations for client approvals and marketing purposes.
• Optimize models and scenes to achieve efficient rendering performance.
• Maintain project quality standards while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with emerging visualization techniques, rendering technologies, and industry trends.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in: SketchUp, Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design visualization workflows.
• Expertise in lighting, texturing, composition, camera setup, and rendering techniques.
• Ability to create realistic materials and environments.
• Experience in producing walkthroughs, flythroughs, and animated presentations.
• Knowledge of importing and managing CAD drawings and BIM data.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Photoshop for post-production and image enhancement.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit workflows.
• Basic understanding of architectural construction drawings and interior detailing.
