DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

o   Duties and Responsibilities:

o   Figure out customers' needs by listening and asking questions

o   Perform walk-around with new and old customers and demonstrate features of suitable vehicles

o   Effectively close sales

o   Ensure that customers understand the vehicle’s operating features, paperwork and warranty

o   Establish and maintain follow-up system, which encourages repeat business cum referrals

o   Report to the sales manager regarding reviews, analyses , objectives, and planned activities

o   Participate in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers

o   Review sales statistics and plan more effectively to improve sales.

 

 

SKILLS

o   Good communication, writing and customer service skills.

o   Excellent problem solving and organization skills.

o   Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision.

o   Firm work attitude

 

 

EXPERIENCE

o   Preferably 1 Year of Automobile Experience

 

 

QUALIFICATION

o   Minimum Graduate or Diploma
