We are hiring a Customer Care & Backend Operations Coordinator for our Xiaomi & Motorola Service Center.
- Responsibilities:Handle customer queries and service-related communication.
- Coordinate with technicians and service advisors.
- Manage job sheets, service records, and backend documentation.
- Update service status in company portals and systems.
- Follow up on pending repairs, parts, and customer deliveries.
- Prepare reports and maintain operational data.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day service center operations.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Experience in service center/customer support operations preferred.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and work in a team.
