Job Description
Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹2,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum + Performance Incentives
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The role requires managing multiple functions including Accounts, HR Administration, Payroll, Customer Support, Loan Processing, and General Office Administration. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling diverse responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth business operations.
• Handle invoicing, receipts, payment follow-ups, and maintain basic accounting records.
• Coordinate with accountants for GST, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, payroll processing, and incentive calculations.
• Maintain employee files, onboarding documentation, and HR records.
• Assist in recruitment coordination and employee engagement activities.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain customer databases and follow-up records.
• Collect, verify, and maintain loan application documents.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan processing.
• Track loan applications and provide regular updates to clients.
• Maintain office records, files, and documentation systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
• Prepare reports and MIS for management as required.
Required Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in office administration, accounts, HR, customer service, loan processing, or related functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic accounting software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
• Experience in banking, finance, loan processing, or customer support roles.
• Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or similar software.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi will be an added advantage.
