Job Description

Location: Mumbai, Hyderabad & Bengaluru


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and identify potential areas for growth.
  • Lead Generation: Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Reporting: Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management on progress and challenges.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
