Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. As a key contributor to our sales function, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, identifying and closing new business opportunities, and fostering long- term client relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a deep understanding of B2B selling, excellent networking capabilities, and a passion for business growth.
Objectives of the Role:·
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through networking, research, and lead generation tools.
- Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to increase engagement and loyalty.
- Plan, implement, and manage sales strategies that meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:·
- Conduct market research to discover new potential clients and business sectors.
- Develop, customize, and present proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and follow-up to closing deals and post-sale relationship management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Represent Royal Tint at trade shows, client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report results to the senior leadership team and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:·
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or related roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and manage accounts.
- Strong problem-solving, networking, and project management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership potential with the ability to collaborate across departments and motivate team members.
