We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Cafe Staff to join our team at 99 Pancakes. As a member of our store crew, you will play a key role in delivering delicious recipes, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all customers.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Recipe Preparation: Prepare pancakes, waffles, crepes, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards and hygiene guidelines.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the cafe clean, organized, and stocked, including kitchen, dining area, and storage.
• Cash Handling: Operate the POS system, manage transactions, and maintain accuracy in billing.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Health & Safety: Follow food safety standards and maintain hygiene protocols at all times.
