· Ability to read and follow recipes.
· Decorating Theme Cakes using different icings (Whipped Cream, Buttercream, Ganache) along with Fondant accents, ensuring an immaculate / neat finish.
· Preparing a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes.
· Good organizational skills.
· Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations.
· Ability to meet strict deadlines.
· The candidate must be passionate about Cake Art and Baking.
Additionally support in setting SOPs
Carry Out R & D and recipe development.
