Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Continental Chef de Partie to join our F&B team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of continental cuisine, be detail-oriented, and capable of delivering consistent quality in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present continental dishes to company quality standards.

Manage your kitchen section and ensure smooth service during operations.

Supervise and guide commis chefs and kitchen helpers.

Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI compliance).

Assist in menu planning and recipe creation with the Head Chef.

Control wastage and monitor portion sizes.

Manage stock levels and coordinate with stores.

Requirements

Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a CDP or Demi Chef.

Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or relevant field preferred.

Strong understanding of continental cuisine.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.

Good communication and team management skills.
