Job Description

This full-time on-site Commis 3 (Pan Asian) role in our cloud kitchen IKARI is located in Mumbai and will be responsible for assisting the chef in preparing high-quality, exquisite Pan Asian cuisine dishes that meet the restaurant's standards. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining inventory and ensuring adherence to food safety standards, as well as keeping a clean and organized workspace.

  • Excellent teamwork and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and gregarious personality.
  • Capable of accepting responsibility.
  • Long durations of standing, sitting, or walking are also essential, as is maintaining a professional appearance in a clean outfit.
  • Able to organize the allotted workspace and put orders away quickly
  • Capable of producing a high-quality product for guests or personnel in a fast and effective manner.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at the allocated work area is your responsibility
  • Checks supplies and prep lists to ensure that everything is ready on time.
  • Capable of using kitchen equipment such as braising pans, baking ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
  • Have a general understanding of cooking temperatures, how to make soups and sauces, how to prepare meals, how to prepare vegetables, and how to cook à la carte orders.
  • All meal products must be prepared and cooked according to the recipe and specifications
