The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms, willingness to learn operations, along with creativity in CorelDRAW for designing product visuals and social media creatives.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, creative, and eager to grow in the e-commerce industry.

• 🔹 E-Commerce & Operations ResponsibilitiesManage and update product listings on platforms like Meesho, IndiaMART, etc.
• Process orders including packing, dispatch tracking & warehouse coordination
• Maintain stock and inventory reports to ensure record accuracy
• Coordinate timely dispatches and stock movement with warehouse team
• Respond to customer queries professionally via call/email/platform chat
• Monitor online trends and competitor listings to enhance visibility and sales
• Assist in social media posting and product catalog uploads
• 🔹 CorelDRAW / Designing ResponsibilitiesCreate product banners, catalog images, packaging designs, and labels using CorelDRAW
• Edit product photos – background removal, resizing, and color correction
• Design promotional creatives for festivals, sales, offers & campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across all product visuals and marketing materials
• Prepare print-ready artwork whenever required

Skills Required✔ Basic experience/knowledge of E-commerce operations (Meesho, IndiaMART preferred)

✔ Good communication & coordination skills

✔ Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

✔ Basic CorelDRAW hands-on for design editing and creative development

✔ Attention to detail and ability to multitask

✔ Interest in branding, design, and online marketplace operations
