Counter Salesman

Greet and assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.

Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively.

Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and products are displayed attractively.

Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.

Keep the store clean and tidy at all times.

Manage inventory and report low stock levels.

Assist in unpacking and arranging new stock.

Provide after-sales service and handle exchanges/returns politely.

Requirements:

Previous retail sales experience preferred but not mandatory.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of billing/cash handling.

Ability to stand for long periods and manage light lifting.
