Job Description

Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming experience.
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Food Preparation & Handling:
Prepare and serve waffles and other menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed at all times.
Maintain stock levels of ingredients and supplies, restocking as needed.
Cashiering & Transactions:
Operate the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.
Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods securely.
Provide customers with receipts and correct change.
Cleanliness & Maintenance:
Keep the counter area, equipment, and dining space clean and organised.
Perform routine cleaning tasks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor and report maintenance or equipment issues to the manager.
