Job Description

We are furniture e-commerce brand which is currently seeking an individual with the following qualities.


Customer Communication:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from customers regarding order inquiries, delivery status, and other logistics-related issues.
  • Provide courteous and prompt assistance to resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and effective problem-solving.


Logistics Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as warehouse and shipping departments, to ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and delivery.
  • Monitor order statuses, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Troubleshoot logistics issues, such as delays or inventory discrepancies, and implement solutions to resolve them promptly


Order Management:

  • Process and manage customer orders through the e-commerce platform, including order entry, verification, and fulfillment.
  • Update order records, shipping information, and delivery tracking details in the system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners and carriers to optimize shipping methods and delivery routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.


Flexibility and Experimentation:

  • Be open to new tasks and responsibilities that may arise in a dynamic and fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Participate in experimental projects or initiatives aimed at improving logistics processes, customer service operations, or overall business performance.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, requirements, and challenges, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in diverse areas of work.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze data related to customer interactions, order fulfillment, and logistics performance.
  • Generate reports and insights to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization or improvement.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Continuous Learning and Development:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce logistics and customer service.
  • Seek opportunities for training, skill development, and professional growth to expand knowledge and expertise in relevant areas.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to share insights, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to organizational success.
