Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

Job Type: Full-time

Reports to: CEO

Summary

Provide full administrative support at a senior level to the CEO. Ensure the smooth management of day to day activities and handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Take initiative as appropriate especially in the CEO's absence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire communication of the CEO whether via phone or electronic across all his medical, commercial and philanthropic activities
• Manage his calendar, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation to other staff as necessary
• Maintain office systems, including data management and filing
• Proactively bring about efficiency in day to day activities such that his time is saved
• Help produce documents, reports and presentations and ensure responses and follow-up
• Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the CEO

Qualifications:

Academic qualification: Graduation in any stream

Experience: 2-3 years experience as an executive assistant

Technical skills

• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power point for creating letters, basic presentations etc.

• Ability to communicate in English and Hindi

• Strong email writing skills for customer communication

Soft skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to handle pressure, Multi-task, think on-feet and make quick decisions
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and be proactive
