Job Description
We are hiring Field Recruiters to recruit and onboard Delivery Partners across Mumbai. The role involves visiting assigned areas, sourcing delivery boys, explaining job opportunities, collecting documents, and assisting candidates through the onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Recruit Delivery Partners (delivery boys) in assigned locations.
- Conduct field visits and local hiring drives.
- Source candidates through referrals, local networks, and direct outreach.
- Explain job details, earnings, and joining process.
- Assist candidates with documentation and onboarding.
- Maintain daily recruitment records and reports.
- Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable with field work and traveling within Mumbai.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Experience in recruitment, field sales, telecalling, or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Benefits - Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹16,000/month
- Incentives: Up to ₹5,000/month based on hiring performance
