About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales for our flagship products Triple-A (AAA + BNG + OSS/BSS) and Triple Play (Broadband + IPTV + OTT CRM).

The role involves meeting ISP owners, cable operators, MSOs, LCOs, and enterprise clients to demonstrate how our platform can automate their operations and increase revenue.



Key Responsibilities


1. Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Identify and target ISPs, Cable TV operators, LCOs, and MSOs in assigned territories.
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor study, and maintain a database of potential clients.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, events, and referrals.



2. Client Meetings & Product Demonstrations

  • Conduct daily field visits to meet CXOs, owners, and technical heads.
  • Provide live demos of Triple-A (Radius, AAA, BNG, Billing, Ticketing) and Triple Play (CRM + IPTV/OTT integrations).
  • Explain features, benefits, ROI, and industry use-cases.



3. Sales Closure

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Follow up with clients till successful deal closure.
  • Work closely with technical & onboarding teams for smooth implementation.



4. Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for product improvement.
  • Upsell modules like Mobile App, Inventory, Site Surveys, Network Monitoring Dashboard, OTT Add-ons, etc.



5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily visit reports, lead funnel, and weekly/monthly sales summaries.
  • Update CRM with lead status, potential value, and next actions.
  • Work with management on targets, market feedback, and strategic improvements.



Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication & presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of broadband/ISP/cable industry preferred.
  • Ability to understand SaaS products and explain technical modules.
  • Negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
