We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Franchise Service Head to join our team and drive our mission forward.

Job Description:

Overview:Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Profitability and Success:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize franchise profitability, through a combination of Online and Offline Marketing Strategies. Having a continuous engagement with Franchise Partners in terms of Constant Marketing.
  • Monitor franchise performance and provide actionable insights to ensure success.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of franchise operations, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Push Bikedost Branded Products at all Franchisees stores and ensuring 100% Engagement from the Franchisees in this Regards.
  • Running RnR quarterly programs to ensure multiple layers of Successes

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead a team of Relationship Managers, ensuring they maintain strong, productive relationships with franchise partners and going through effective reviews. Ensuring world class Relationships maintained with Partners, partners with effective engagements.
  • Supervise the HR team to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes, meeting the staffing needs of franchises.
  • Oversee the Data Analysis team to gather, interpret, and act on customer service data, enhancing service delivery at franchise stores, ensuring Online marketing campaigns conduction with Data team and engaging with Franchisees for the Same.
  • Manage the Parts Manager to guarantee the accurate and timely fulfillment of parts orders, ensuring seamless operations at franchise locations.
  • Manage the Training Head to ensure timely creation of Training Calendars and Execution of Calendars. Ensuring Each Team member at all Franchise Stores are fully Trained to give optimum Services to Customers.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners, addressing their concerns and providing support.
  • Foster a collaborative environment where feedback from franchise partners is valued and acted upon.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure that all franchise operations align with BikeDost's standards and protocols.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the quality of service at franchise stores.

Incentives and Growth:

  • Identify and execute opportunities for franchise growth and expansion.
  • Drive incentive programs that motivate franchise partners to exceed their targets and objectives.


  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar profile, preferably within the service or franchise industry.
  • Proven track record of driving profitability and operational success.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage insights for decision-making.
  • Passionate about the bike service industry and committed to taking ownership of the role as if it were their own venture.
