About the RoleWebtrixz is looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer who can handle end-to-end project execution, from front-end interfaces to backend development and API integrations. The ideal candidate should be a problem-solver who understands modern development standards and can deliver high-quality, scalable applications.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Execute end-to-end project development, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly UI using React.js and modern frontend practices.
• Develop robust backend services, APIs, and server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.
• Integrate third-party APIs and handle data flow across the application stack.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot issues and debug code efficiently.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to deliver solutions on time.
• Required Skills & QualificationsStrong hands-on experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Redux, and responsive design.
• Experience in backend development, database design, and server-side programming.
• Ability to manage complete project lifecycle independently.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good to HaveExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
• Knowledge of deployment pipelines and CI/CD.
• Understanding of authentication methods (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
