Furniture Sales Associate

We are hiring experienced Sales Executives for our premium furniture showrooms at Malad and Lower Parel. This role demands someone mature, responsible, and serious about earning. You will be the primary point of contact for walk-in clients and will manage the entire sales cycle from product explanation to final delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers, understand their requirement, and guide them through suitable furniture options

• Give clear product knowledge on materials, finishes, colours, mechanisms, and trending styles

• Create purchase orders accurately and share them with the internal team

• Follow up with clients for timely payments

• Coordinate with the factory/production team for custom-made products, new styles, and colour combinations

• Ensure smooth and timely delivery of all confirmed orders

• Maintain proper upkeep, cleanliness, and display standards of the showroom

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain conversion rates

• Handle basic billing, documentation, and data entry

• Maintain good relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

Required Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in furniture showroom sales

• Demonstrated ability to close walk-in clients

• Experience creating purchase orders and basic billing

• Previous coordination with factory or production teams

• Understanding of furniture trends, materials, and colour combinations

• Proven record of meeting monthly sales targets
