Zone Laser Tag is a globally entrenched company founded 38 years ago in Australia. We are looking to expand our skilled local team in our Zone Attractions India branch office, with an on-premises or remote Game Sales and Service Agent and Technician.

Zone Laser Tag designs, manufactures, installs and supports high quality electronic devices within the entertainment industry, dealing primarily with B2B sales – not retail.

Zone Laser Tag encourages a relaxed work environment, but develops and supports premium products, meaning professionalism and attention to detail are essential.

The successful applicant should be punctual, reliable and friendly.

The successful applicant should be willing to work non-standard hours and be willing to travel both locally and internationally.

Applicants with natural aptitude but without extensive experience are highly encouraged to apply. Above all else, a willingness to learn is the utmost quality we’re looking for.

Requirements

-           English fluency

-           Willingness to learn new things & develop new skills

-           Phone / Spoken / Written communication skills

-           General computer knowledge

-           Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)

Encouraged

-           Passport or willingness to obtain passport

-           University / ITI / trade / work experience within an IT discipline, or equivalent

-           Local to Mumbai, though remote / non-local is acceptable with willingness to travel as needed

-           Basic networking knowledge

-           Basic wiring knowledge (soldering, stripping and crimping wires)

-           Computer software and hardware understanding (e.g. able to build a PC)

-           Construction Knowledge (nailing, screwing & fixing into concrete, wood, plaster and brick)

-           Electrical Knowledge (voltage & current)

-           Basic knowledge of virtual reality
