Job Description

• Assist in creating job descriptions and job postings. • Coordinate candidate sourcing and initial screening. • Schedule and facilitate interviews. • Support new employee onboarding and orientation. • Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures. • Help manage employee disciplinary and grievance procedures. • Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and morale. • Assist in administering performance appraisal processes. • Ensure accurate documentation of performance-related activities. • Collaborate with managers on performance improvement plans. • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs. • Maintain training records and evaluations. • Assist in developing employee development plans. • Maintain employee records, contracts, and other relevant documents. • Generate HR reports and analytics for management. • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration. • Manage office supplies and inventory. • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs. • Assist in organizing company events and meetings. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. • Assist in preparing and submitting necessary reports to regulatory authorities. • Handle reception duties, including phone calls and emails. • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, if required. • Assist in managing visitor arrangements and facility access. • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems. • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. • Participate in HR and administrative projects as assigned. • Contribute to process improvements and policy development. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience (usually 2-4 years) in combined HR and administrative roles. • Familiarity with HR software and office productivity tools. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. • Discretion in handling confidential information. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
