Job Description

Internship: 3 months (If performed well full-time position will be offered)

Key Responsibilities:


  • Source candidates through job portals (e.g. Naukri, Shine, Apnajobs, etc) and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future requirements.


Requirement:

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
