Job Description: HR Assistant

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and contributing to a positive employee experience.


Job Location: - Powai (Mumbai)

Required Experience: - 2-3 yrs

Qualification: - Graduation

Schedule: Morning shift (10 am -6.30pm)

Working Days: - Monday to Saturday



Recruitment Support:

·       Job postings on job boards and social media platforms.

·       Schedule interviews and maintain interview calendars.

·       Coordinate candidate screenings and assessments.

·       Communicate with candidates regarding application status.

Onboarding and off boarding:

·       Prepare onboarding materials and assist with new hire orientations.

·       Coordinate background checks and verify employment eligibility.

·       Process paperwork related to new hires and terminations.

Employee Records and Data Management:

·        Maintain accurate employee records (both physical and digital).

·        Update HR databases with new hire information or changes in employment status.

·        Ensure all employee records are compliant with legal requirements.

Employee Relations:

·        Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.

·        Assist in resolving employee inquiries and issues.

·        Contribute to fostering a positive work environment.

Employee Engagement:

·        Actively prepare plan and conduct for employee engagement activity



  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
