Kitchen Staff

• Food preparation and cooking: Washing, chopping, and preparing ingredients; assisting chefs with cooking tasks according to recipes. 
• Kitchen maintenance: Keeping the kitchen area clean and organized, sanitizing surfaces and equipment, and performing general cleaning duties like mopping floors and taking out trash. 
• Food safety and storage: Following all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to prevent cross-contamination and food-borne illnesses. Properly storing, labeling, and rotating stock is also essential. 
• Inventory management: Monitoring stock levels, assisting with restocking supplies, and helping to manage inventory to reduce waste. 
• Team collaboration: Working closely with other kitchen staff, such as chefs and assistants, to ensure smooth and timely food service. 
• Dishwashing: Washing and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
