Multi Skill Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Carry out minor carpentry, painting, and general repair tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve complex issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/ITI certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Proven experience in multi-disciplinary maintenance roles.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or on-call as required.

🌟 Preferred Attributes

• Experience in industrial, commercial, or facility management environments.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid) are an advantage.
