Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness of office premises, cabins, workstations, pantry, and common areas
- Ensure proper housekeeping and hygiene standards are followed
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors
- Clean and maintain meeting rooms before and after meetings
- Manage pantry activities and maintain pantry supplies
- Handle office errands such as document movement, photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Collect and dispose of waste properly
- Monitor housekeeping materials and inform for replenishment when required
- Assist in arranging office events, meetings, and daily requirements
- Handle courier, dispatch, and basic office support activities
- Follow workplace safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Skills & Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th pass preferred
- Prior experience in office housekeeping/support role preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Honest, punctual, and disciplined
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Well-groomed and maintain professional behavior
