Job Description

 Primary Responsibilities:

Greet patients who come for information, treatment, or follow-up.

Provide patients with a comprehensive booklet containing information on holistic treatment methods based on naturopathy and yoga, emphasizing energy utilization without medication and touch.

Explain the concept of holistic treatment based on yoga and naturopathy, focusing on the balance of the body's elements and techniques to release excess energy through specific methods.

Educate patients about holistic treatment methods and provide detailed information about them.

Connect patients to the centers social media accounts and provide information about playlists related to their treatment.

Schedule appointments for patients based on therapist availability.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Confirm appointments for patients who have already scheduled one.

Guide patients through the appointment process and explain the follow-up procedures required for treatment initiation.

Assist patients in filling out forms, ensuring all necessary information is provided.

Enter patient information into the software system and include a clear photo of the patient.

Inform patients about the expected time required for their appointment and send them to the doctor's cabin accordingly.

In case of missed appointments, check for available slots and reschedule, ensuring prompt service.

Tertiary Responsibilities:

Handle follow-ups with patients, providing support and addressing any concerns they may have.

Update patient photos in the software system if there are visible changes due to treatment progress.

Provide reassurance and support to patients' family members if the patient's condition is serious.

Ensure that patients who have missed appointments receive information about rescheduling and the importance of follow-up.

Coordinate with senior staff members to ensure that regular follow-ups and treatments are maintained, especially for patients with long-term treatment plans.

Record patient remarks in the software system, noting any issues or changes in treatment.

Additional Tasks:

Address any financial difficulties faced by patients by recording their details and informing management for necessary action.

Liaise with the team leader of the Healing Center to handle urgent follow-ups or new appointments.

Expedite patient appointments if necessary, especially for those with cancelled appointments.

Communicate with patients about their treatment progress and any difficulties they may be experiencing, providing necessary assistance.
