Picker / Packer

Picker & Packers at Zepto are responsible for quickly and accurately picking items from shelves, packing customer orders safely, and preparing them for dispatch. The role includes scanning products, maintaining inventory, keeping the store organized, and following safety and quality guidelines. Candidates should be 18–35 years old, physically fit, and able to work in fast-paced environments with rotational shifts. Salary ranges from ₹13,000–₹15,000 with OT, and performance bonuses.
