Procurement Manager

Job Description : Job Title: Procurement Specialist - Interior Designing - Mumbai

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing imports and exports, and establishing relationships with vendors to ensure a consistent supply of high quality materials. Your expertise will be vital in optimizing our supply chain and reducing costs. Job Responsibility ? Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational needs and ensure timely delivery of materials.? Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality products. ? Manage the import and export of materials, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.? Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.? Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and evaluate existing vendor performance. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and finance, to align procurement activities with overall business goals.? Prepare and maintain accurate procurement documentation and reports for management review.? Handle any issues related to procurement, including disputes with suppliers and logistics challenges.? Stay updated on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier developments. Key Skills: Mandatory: ? Strong knowledge of procurement processes and international trade regulations. ?
