Job Description
- Key Responsibilities1. Project Management Plan, execute, and monitor automation project timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Installation, Programming, Procurement).
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality and client expectations.
- Track project progress and escalate issues proactively.
- 2. Scheduling & Task Coordination Prepare daily/weekly task schedules for project teams.
- Manage on-site and off-site workflows.
- Ensure resources, materials, and manpower are aligned with project timelines.
- Update project trackers and maintain proper documentation.
- 3. Stakeholder Engagement Conduct regular meetings with clients, contractors, architects, and partners.
- Maintain relationships with key project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide clear project updates, progress reports, and timelines.
- 4. Client Communication Attend calls from clients regarding project updates and issue resolutions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with teams for execution.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure client satisfaction.
- Required Skills Strong project management & coordination skills.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder handling abilities.
- Good understanding of home automation / AV systems (preferred).
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Task scheduling & time-management expertise.
- Proficiency in Excel, project tracking tools, and documentation.
- Qualifications Graduate in Engineering / Technology / Management (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience.
- Experience in automation or construction industry is an advantage.
