Property Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in and online enquiries for residential rentals and sales
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Coordinate and conduct property site visits with clients
• Maintain relationships with property owners, societies, and channel partners
• Follow up with clients regularly and assist in negotiations & closures
• Maintain CRM records and update enquiry logs
• Ensure smooth communication between clients, owners, and internal teams

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach
• High energy, confidence, and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of Thakur Village & surrounding areas is a big advantage
• Ability to travel locally for site visits
• Sales mindset with strong follow-up skills

Eligibility:

• 4–5 years of experience in real estate sales, customer service, front office, or hospitality
• Career-restarters with excellent communication and energy may also apply
• Candidates residing preferably between Dahisar to Malad/Goregaon
