Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase raw materials, packaging items, and services as per company requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure best pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Maintain purchase records, supplier database, and order tracking sheets.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, accounts, and QC teams for smooth supply chain operations.
• Follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and pending materials.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and maintain documentation.

Skills Required:

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good knowledge of procurement processes
• Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work under timelines
