Role Overview:

We’re looking for an energetic and professional Telecaller to handle guest and client calls, explain our services, manage bookings, and support the reservations team.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally

Explain our properties, rates, and amenities to guests

Follow up on leads from Airbnb, MMT, and other platforms

Maintain call logs and guest details

Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Confident, polite, and customer-oriented

Basic computer and WhatsApp proficiency

Experience in hospitality or call handling preferred
