Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Sales and Expansion

  • Develop and implement a strategic retail sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets for the region.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with luxury retailers, high-end boutiques, and departmental stores to expand the brand's presence.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with retail partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Analyze sales trends and consumer behavior to optimize product placement and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance across retail outlets and provide actionable insights to drive growth.

2. Brand Management

  • Act as the brand custodian for NOOD New York, ensuring that all sales and marketing initiatives align with the brand's luxury positioning and values.
  • Develop and execute brand-building strategies, including collaborations, in-store activations, and events to enhance brand visibility and recall.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to localize global campaigns and ensure consistency in brand communication.
  • Train retail staff and partners on product knowledge, customer experience, and the brand story to ensure a seamless luxury shopping experience.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring smooth operations and consistent communication.
  • Engage with high-value customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and enhance their brand experience.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, safeguarding the brand’s reputation.

4. Business Development

  • Identify new opportunities to introduce NOOD’s products in untapped markets and develop a roadmap for entry.
  • Explore partnerships with online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and luxury subscription boxes to expand brand reach.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and develop innovative sales strategies.

5. Operational and Financial Management

  • Manage budgets for the region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales and marketing goals.
  • Oversee inventory management for retail partners, ensuring optimal stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to streamline the distribution process and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the senior management team.

6. Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives and promoters, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury positioning.
  • Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and provide ongoing feedback to drive excellence within the team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the sales team.
