Role Overview:As a Venue Manager at Timezone Play N Learn, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the center—ensuring smooth functioning, child safety, parent satisfaction, staff performance, and sales growth.

This role demands a proactive, child-friendly leader who can handle high guest volume, motivate teams, and maintain a lively yet safe environment.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day venue operations including play zones, front desk, parties, safety checks, and maintenance.
• Lead a team of play coordinators, supervisors, housekeeping, and security staff.
• Deliver excellent parent and child experiences, ensuring safe and engaging play activities.
• Maintain strict compliance to play area safety protocols, SOPs, hygiene standards, and daily inspection checklists.
• Drive revenue growth through memberships, birthday parties, group bookings, and promotional activities.
• Oversee inventory control, petty cash, reporting, and cost efficiency.
• Plan and execute events, workshops, and kids’ engagement activities.
• Conduct hiring, training, daily briefings, and performance assessments for team members.
• Handle customer queries, parent communication, escalations, and feedback loops.
• Coordinate with the regional team on audits, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Eligibility Criteria:Education: Graduate (mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 8+ years in hospitality/retail/kids’ play centers/QSR/amusement industry, with 2+ years as a Venue/Store Manager
• Languages: Basic English & Hindi (Good communication with parents required)
