Retail Store Manager

-1. Customer Experience Leadership 

Be visible on the floor, greeting and helping customers.

Resolve customer complaints quickly and with empathy. 

Ensure store cleanliness, product availability, and perfect visual merchandising.

2. People Management 

Supervise and motivate junior sales staff, cashiers, and floor associates.

Create daily duty & allocate manpower to departments.

Train staff on selling skills, Tasting Farshan, product knowledge, and store SOPs.

 Maintain discipline, punctuality, and grooming standards. 

3. Sales & Target Achievement 

Monitor daily sales performance vs. targets category wise in writing.

 Encourage upselling/cross-selling across categories.

Share daily sales reports with store manager.

4. Operations & Stock Control 

Coordinate with store supervisor for inward/outward stock movement.
