Job Description

1. Revenue Generation:


 Drive the sales of commercial kitchen equipment, with a primary focus on induction cooking technology.


 Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and meet/exceed revenue targets.


2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:


 Target industrial clients, corporates, star hotels, high-end restaurants, hospitals, and institutional clients across Mumbai and Pune.


 Identify new business opportunities and build strong, long-term relationships with potential clients.


3. Product Knowledge & Consultation:


 Use your technical expertise to consult clients on the best induction solutions for their commercial kitchens.


 Conduct product demonstrations, provide detailed technical information, and recommend solutions tailored to client needs.


4. Market Analysis & Competitor Intelligence:


 Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer demands.


 Monitor competitor products, pricing, and strategies, providing feedback to improve the companys offerings.


5. Sales Process Management:


 Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.


 Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and ensure the smooth delivery of products.


6. Post-Sales Support:


 Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.


 Troubleshoot technical issues as needed and collaborate with the support team for maintenance or installation,


*Technical Expertise:


 Solid understanding of commercial kitchen equipment, especially induction cooking systems.


*Sales Experience:


 Proven experience of 5 years in B2B sales, with a focus on capital equipment, preferably in the commercial kitchen or industrial equipment sector.


 Familiarity with the purchasing cycle in industries like hospitality, healthcare, and institutional kitchens.


*Relationship Building & Communication:


 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with high-level clients.


 Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.


*Adaptability:


 Comfortable working across different regions (Delhi NCR & Gurugram) and adapting to varying client needs and market dynamics.


*Problem-Solving Ability:


 Ability to assess client requirements and offer tailored, cost-effective solutions.


 Troubleshooting skills, especially in dealing with technical product issues.
