Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Engineer with MBA with a Mechanical Marketing background, who has 5 to 10 years of experience in technical sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding technical requirements, and offering tailored engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
• Manage existing client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer technical needs and recommend suitable mechanical solutions/products.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop customized solutions.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals profitably.
• Attend industry exhibitions, events, and client meetings as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• MBA (preferably with Mechanical background).
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably in a mechanical or industrial domain.
• Strong understanding of mechanical products, processes, and customer pain points.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
