Salon Manager

About the Role

Hair Poetry is looking for a responsible, motivated, and customer-focused Salon Manager to oversee day-to-day salon operations. Candidates with any level of experience are welcome—as long as you are eager to learn, organized, and passionate about creating a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, client appointments, and workflow.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and ensure excellent service quality.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment in the salon.
• Monitor inventory of salon products and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
• Support recruitment, training, and supervision of salon staff.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping, billing, and POS management.
• Promote salon services, offers, and handle basic social media updates (if required).
• Ensure all safety and sanitation standards are followed.

Requirements

• Any level of experience can apply; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (email, booking apps, WhatsApp, POS).
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude, leadership qualities, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle a team and maintain professionalism at all times.
