Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records on a daily basis.
• Prepare and review journal entries, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounts.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.) and coordinate with auditors during audits.
• Monitor and reconcile inter-branch or inter-company transactions.
• Maintain proper documentation and support schedules for all financial entries.
• Support internal controls, compliance, and process improvements.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders as required
