Jha Construction Private Limited is hiring an experienced Senior Civil Engineer for a Bridge Construction & Rehabilitation Project located at Akola & Jalgaon.
Candidates with Government project or Railway engineering experience will be given strong preference.
- 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- 👷♂️ Supervise on-site bridge construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance activities
- 🏗️ Oversee civil engineering works including structural elements, RCC, and foundation work
- 📐 Review technical drawings, structural designs, and project plans
- 📊 Monitor project timelines, work schedules, and daily progress
- 🛡️ Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations and quality standards
- 🔧 Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- 🏛️ Handle government project documentation, inspections, and reporting
- 📑 Conduct structural analysis and provide technical guidance
- 📦 Manage material planning, site resources, and manpower
- 📝 Prepare progress reports, site measurements, and billing-related documentation
- 🎯 Candidate Requirements
- 👨🎓 Education: Graduate in Civil Engineering (B.E / B.Tech Civil)
- 👔 Experience: Minimum 2 years (Bridge/Railway/Government project experience preferred)
