### *Key Responsibilities:*  

•⁠ ⁠Perform all administrative duties efficiently, including organizing files, managing office operations, and coordinating daily tasks.  

•⁠ ⁠Handle paperwork related to construction projects, ensuring timely and accurate processing.  

•⁠ ⁠Prepare, draft, and send official emails and correspondence as required.  

•⁠ ⁠Recheck and verify all legal work documents.  

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and update records of construction projects and ensure proper documentation.  

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.  

•⁠ ⁠Assist in preparing reports and presentations.  

### *Requirements:*  

•⁠ ⁠*Education:* Graduate in any discipline.  

•⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and time management skills.  

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  

•⁠ ⁠Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork and document handling.  

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).  

•⁠ ⁠Prior experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction industry, is an added advantage.
