Job Role: Junior Sous Chef
Experience: 7-8 Years Experience

As we start, we are looking for experienced Chefs who can bring their expertise and enthusiasm to our team.We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our team.
Requirements:
• 7–8 years experience in a continental kitchen
• Minimum 4 years in fine dining
• Restaurant opening experience
• Creative, dynamic, strong leadership skills
• Passion for modern cuisine; ability to develop dishes & menus
• Skilled in inventory & wastage management
• Good production & organisational skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Pet Pooja)
