Job Role: Junior Sous Chef


Experience: 7-8 Years Experience


About Us: We are a passionate and experimental cafe dedicated to providing great desserts, beverages and food and excellent customer experience. As we start, we are looking for experienced Chefs who can bring their expertise and enthusiasm to our team.We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our team.

Requirements:

• 7–8 years experience in a continental kitchen

• Minimum 4 years in fine dining

• Restaurant opening experience

• Creative, dynamic, strong leadership skills

• Passion for modern cuisine; ability to develop dishes & menus

• Skilled in inventory & wastage management

• Good production & organisational skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Pet Pooja)
