Job Description

🎯 Key Responsibilities Aggregator & Marketplace Growth:


  • Lead and execute sales growth strategies across major aggregator platforms (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy, Magicpin) in multiple markets.


  • Manage and coordinate 3P partner teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive business uplift across key sales channels.


  • Serve as the sole owner for aggregator and Fulfillment Partner (FFP) operations, ensuring zero revenue loss and strong ownership.


  • Operational Excellence & Performance:
  • Monitor core operational metrics daily, identifying performance gaps and collaborating with relevant teams (e.g., Cluster Heads) to implement corrective action plans.


  • Drive operational improvements, aiming for key performance targets such as achieving Kitchen Prep Time and high MFRA (Mentioned Food Ready in Advance) compliance.


  • Optimize channel performance through data-driven analysis, category insights, and competitive benchmarking.


  • Manage large-scale listings, overseeing onboarding, hygiene compliance, and overall restaurant health metrics.


  • Strategic Expansion & Revenue Generation:
  • Work closely with Founding Members to drive marketplace growth and strategic expansion.


  • Lead COCO (Company Owned, Company Operated) store expansions, including launch operations, brand onboarding, discount strategy, and performance tracking.


  • Execute high-impact projects (e.g., Quick Food Project, Project RHI) focused on delivering revenue growth, increased daily order throughput (e.g. OPD Growth), and reducing complaints/rejections.


  • Develop and implement cost controls to improve gross margin performance (e.g., reducing food costs).


  • Content & Relationship Management:
  • Optimize product catalogs and brand pages, ensuring content accuracy, enhancing conversion funnels, and improving customer experience across platforms12.


  • Strengthen relationships with aggregator partners to improve ratings, reduce misses, and increase overall platform health.


  • Support new channel launches, menu improvements, and pricing strategies aimed at increasing visibility and conversions


🌟 Desired Experience & Skills

  • Experience: 4+ years of growth-driven experience, specifically scaling QSR and e-commerce brands.
  • Core Competencies: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, execute high-impact projects, and deliver aggressive sales and revenue targets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Data Analysis, Power BI, MS Office (Excel, PPT), and POS Management.
  • Soft Skills: Strong Leadership, Brand Management, Operation Management, and Adaptability skills.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Hindi
