Looking for a Senior recruiter with Lateral / Corporate hiring experience. The candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in the lateral hiring process, should be well versed with using job portals like Naukri/LinkedIn/Indeed/Facebook and other platforms etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Screening potential employee's resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies

2. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidate

3. Posting job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms

4. Assisting in the planning of company events

5. Coordinating new hire orientations

6. Sourcing potential candidates on a large scale and help reduce the time to hire (TAT), optimize the hiring cost, and deliver the best talent at Ketto

What you bring to the table:

2. Availability to work from office for 5 days in a week
