Job Title: Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive – Real Estate
Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our real estate brokerage office. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, generating leads, following up with customers, and scheduling property visits.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Explain property details and company services
- Generate and maintain client leads
- Follow up with interested buyers and investors
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team
- Maintain call records and customer database
- Handle customer queries professionally
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi
- Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred
- Ability to convince and communicate effectively
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
Experience:
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
