Tour Operations Manager

Description:

We are looking for a full-time Trip Planner Holiday Consultant to join our team. As a Tour operations manager, your day-to-day tasks will involve planning and organizing customized trip itineraries for our individual and group customers to various destinations around the world. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in organizing Domestic and International customized holiday packages ie FIT Packages for B2C clients ,and other associated travel bookings
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer enquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively
• Excellent knowledge of popular tourist destinations around the world and current travel trends
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluent in written and spoken English, and one or more regional languages

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To discuss travel plans with Sales Team and Design Itinerary According to the requirements
• Work on Said Plan Co-ordinating with vendors and using Online Portals
• Designing said itinerary in a convenient and cost effective way as per client brief
• Book hotels and vehicles as per itinerary and other services as per client request
